Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened personal care products, downloadable software, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
How to Return
Email support@yourstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
